A licensed Realtor since 1979, Real Estate Broker since 1990 and Mortgage Broker from 1991 to 2013, he has over 40 years experience in real estate sales, marketing, financing, property management, construction and development.
Raised in Los Gatos, Mark has strong community ties and an excellent knowledge of property values, schools and neighborhoods. A graduate of St. Marys School in Los Gatos, Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose and San Jose State University, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Construction & Development and a minor in Cybernetic Systems affording him a strong foundation.
Mark brings dedication and diligence to every transaction. He has special training in raw land sales, short sales and foreclosure properties, has a CDPE Certification, and was licensed through NMLS to do mortgage loans and refinancing. As Broker of Record, Mark is responsible for the oversight of our real estate agents' activities, bringing talented agents to our Market Center, training our agents, and creating a foundation for all agents to excel at high levels here at Keller Williams Bay Area Estates.
