Mana has mentored many agents in the area, teaching Real Estate related courses such as Contracts, Negotiations, and Compliance/Risk Management. She has been a part of the Leadership Team since 2015 at both KW and AARE . She holds an RMS (Risk Management Specialist) designation from (SDAR) San Diego Association of Realtors, as well as a Brokers License.
