Nicole Stinson is an active real estate broker and has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for 35 years, but grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Nicole has chaired many nonprofit events and is the first to step up to help a charity in need, volunteering for something every month of the year, while running her own very successful Charity event for the 10th year in a row that she founded, the SCV Charity Chili Cook-Off. Nicole has been serving in Leadership with the Southland Regional Association of Realtors for 15 years and holds various other leadership positions in organizations across Southern California. Her leadership and organizational skills have won Nicole accolades from amongst her peers as well as those who put their trust in her.
