A California native, born at Vandenberg AFB, Chris has been proudly serving the public as a licensed Realtor since June 2001. He currently resides in the beautiful city of Arroyo Grande, CA. Prior to associating with Century 21 Hometown Realty, Chris was a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT Inc.) for over 15 years, specializing in residential sales, land sales, distressed and bank-owned (REO) properties, probate, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Prior to making a career change to real estate, Chris worked for over 20 years in the telecommunications industry in Los Angeles, CA, starting in sales before advancing to the greater Los Angeles area direct sales manager, Western Region Sales Trainer, and Vice President of Telemetry. Chris holds an associate degree in Pre-Law from Marymount College and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Cal State University Dominguez Hills. Chris has volunteered over the last 35 years with several noteworthy non-profit organizations, including Los Angeles County's G.A.P. (Gang Alternative Program), the Boys and Girls Club of America, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Chris loves to coach youth athletics, especially AYSO soccer. An avid waterman, Chris enjoys deep sea fishing, surfing, and sailing when he has time to play.
