Jeff Orchard was born in Kings County and raised in Hanford, California. As the son of a career US Navy Senior Chief, Jeff also lived in Virginia as a teen. Feeling the pull of the Golden State, Jeff moved back to Hanford after high school, where he worked as a Realtor for his stepfather, and then as a Deputy Sheriff for the Kings County Sheriff's Department. After working in law enforcement, he and another former Deputy started a company in Visalia, California, manufacturing and selling sewn nylon duty and tactical gear to law enforcement, the US military, and civilians alike.
During his years in real estate, law enforcement and as a small business owner, Jeff Orchard obtained many useful skills, and learned many lessons, but one of them stands out above all: the golden rule of "treat others as you want to be treated". He has always kept this in mind and applies it in his personal and business life as well.
Jeff Orchard re-entered Real Estate to once again serve his community, and help others accomplish the goal of homeownership.
