Jada graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, with a double major in law and psychology. She continued her schooling at UC Irvine and received her masters degree in criminology. In 2014, she moved to Iowa for graduate school and graduated with her PhD in neuroscience from the University of Iowa. While there, she met and married her husband, Ryan, and then returned to Lompoc in January 2019. In May 2020, they welcomed their daughter, Lavender, into the world. They look forward to raising the future generation in Jadas hometown of Lompoc.
