California REALTOR Mindi Landry doesn't consider selling real estate a job. She considers it a privilege.
Although she's been licensed since 1976, she sees herself as part of the new breed of agent one that emphasizes coaching, personal development, and the use of technology to enhance productivity. She conducts her business with the knowledge that people don't care how much she knows until they know how much she cares and caring is one of her trademarks.
For all of her 40 year career in real estate sales, she's focused on the relationships, and on helping clients solve their problems and reach their goals. Her job always begins with listening and on focusing on how to bring about the desired results. Anyone can identify a problem; Mindi is more interested in finding the solutions.
An advocate of fair dealings and transparency, Mindi believes that REALTORS have an obligation to uphold the Code of Ethics and to maintain personal integrity. Because of this conviction, she gives freely of her time to serve as a panelist of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and sits on the Arbitrator & Ethics Dispute Hearing panels.
Mindi began her real estate career after buying her first home and becoming fascinated with the process. She went on to practice in Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley until relocating to San Diego in 1982. Now she serves clients in both San Diego and Riverside Counties, assisting with the purchase and sale of everything from mobile homes to mansions in locations from the coast to the country.
Due to hard work, long hours, and an ever-growing base of satisfied clients who refer others to her, Mindi has earned numerous productivity awards over the years. She appreciates those awards, but more important to her are the relationships she's built and the good feelings that come from taking good care of every client no matter how large or how small their transaction.
When not serving clients, Mindi enjoys walking, swimming, reading, movies, and spending time with family. She lends financial support to shelters for abused w0men and programs that aid single moms.
