I come from a rich history of real estate. My grandfather, Luther Hothem, owned a real estate brokerage in Wooster, Ohio for over 35 years. My father, Hugh Hothem, continues to buy, develop and sell real estate in New Jersey. Today my devotion to serving the real estate needs of his clients spreads across 5 states. My expertise includes helping first time buyers find their dream home, getting sellers moved on to their next home, and finding great investments for those looking to add to their real estate portfolios. I have over 7 years experience as a full time agent.
Part of the value I brings to my clients is a hands on approach to the real estate market. I sits on several home owner association boards, having served as president in several. I spent years on the Mile Square Taxpayer Association board successfully defending the rights and values of homeowners in Hoboken, New Jersey from rent control movements.
At a early age my family instilled to me the importance of helping others. My dedication to altruism extends beyond real estate through my work with the Wounded Warrior Project, Red Cross, and Rotary International.
