Number of Staff: We currently have 3 people on our REO team in addition to over 60 brokers/agents in our Coldwell Banker office in San Bernardino, CA. many who are ready/willing/able to assist in our growth, as our REO management needs increase.

Business structure is predicated on using the Benham REO Group proprietary software and systems that have been proven effective in over 250 cities across the country. I am primarily responsible for the BPO/MMR/CFK/Selling responsibilities. Other team members handle repairs, re-keys, lockouts, etc
