I have been assisting buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles area for almost 15 years. I have found all of my life experience to be what I pull from daily to help my clients make decisions regarding, in many times, the largest decision of their life. Helping my clients make their dream of owning a home come true.... there is nothing better. My sellers range from families dealing with probate and all the challenges and emotions that go along with that, downsizing, upsizing, taking in aging family members, blending families, divorces, defaults and everything in between. Most are very thankful when there is finally resolution.
In 2003, I transitioned out of the corporate world from a career negotiating purchase contacts for a large manufacturing company into real estate as an Appraiser covering much of Los Angeles and Ventura counties for 5+ years. In 2008, I partnered with a large default Real Estate Brokerage where we helped families with Short Sales and sold over 1000 foreclosures. My college background was as a Social Work - Crisis Counselor working with families who were in transition and needed to process through huge decision often very quickly.
