My experience in real estate is extensive as a California licensed Realtor for over 37 years, since 1977 working with Home/Investment owners including years of REO Acquisition/Disposition, Short Sale Process/Negotiations. Due to name recognition in our Real Estate market, I was asked In 2008 to participated in a Better Homes & Gardens TV show for several episodes in What is Your Home Worth. Working with a volume of business we have an assembled team to assist with Buyer/seller Representation, Client Care and a Transaction Coordinator. Experience tells that having a team ensures that each Transaction will run smoothly and that every client is satisfied completely. I believe that being 'hands-on' is key and you will always be communicating with me.
