As a born-and-raised Golden City resident, I know the ins and outs of this intimate, fog-draped city. I also keep an eagle-eye on the residential market. I know which homes are a good deal, which are overpriced, which neighborhoods are poised for an upswing and where to get the best dry pho (Ha Nam Ninh in the Tenderloin). I help sellers get top dollar for their homes with a 70-point marketing plan, a proven system that maximizes exposure and can be adapted to all types of homes. In addition, I produce an immersive 3-D virtual tour that gives buyers an instant feel for your place online (see a sample here). I also produce videos, use professional photography and market my sellers homes to targeted buyers on Facebook and on Zillow. I also build a website dedicated to each sellers home, as with one of my recent listings seen here. As for buyers, Im a hound on the scent for finding the best homes to fit their needs. With the help of my deep market knowledge, Im successful at closing transactions. Most of my buyers have to write only two or three offers before winning a home, almost unheard of in San Franciscos highly competitive real estate arena. I spend a lot of time networking with other agents to ensure I know the ins and outs of the market, beyond whats in the MLS. My solid relationship with colleagues also makes for smooth, friendly transactions and helps me sniff out the best deals. Beyond technology, I employ hustle, my brain and hard work to get my clients what they need and want.Real estate is a passion, but its also in my blood. Youre getting an agent who understands a homes deep, multi-faceted value. My family rented in San Franciscos Richmond District when I was a young child until my mom became inspired to buy a home. We all sacrificed to buy our fixer-upper. I remember scrubbing and sanding its floors and painting its walls as an 8-year-old. That hard work was worth it. It established a security for our family that we would not have had otherwise. It has anchored us through the years. Now we own a second investment home in the city.
