Hi there!

My name is Drew Plaisted and I have been practicing Real Estate in the Bay Area for almost 3 years now. I have 2 Bachelors degrees from San Diego State University, one in Communications and the other in Sociology. I have found that my educational background has really helped me communicate with my clients and understand their needs and concerns. If I had to point out one skill that I feel sets me apart from most other Realtors, it would be my ability to listen. I have wonderful people skills as well as a special knack for communicating with elderly people and making them feel comfortable through a real estate transaction.

My Grandfather started Rossmoor Realty in the late 60's right at the time that this retirement community was being built. From 1990 on I spent two weeks out of every summer break staying with my Grandparents and learning from all of their amazing experiences. It was through my Grandfather that I learned to appreciate communication, sales, and the benefits of hard work. Although my Grandparents are no longer with me I still remember them every day that I drive through the gates of Rossmoor.

The majority of my clients find me through the internet. They like me because I am very tech savy, both in marketing their properties and with getting the disclosures and all other related documents to them digitally. I have sold homes for people without ever even having to meet them thanks to the advancements in real Estate technology. There is a reason why I have been able to make an impact in Rossmoor without having all of the experince of my competitors. I have found that technology coupled with determination has been my biggest asset in leveling the playing field. Aside from having a Real Estate license I also have my Brokers license. The education that I had to go through to get it is still fresh and is in constant use despite the dismal Real Estate market that currently exists here in California.

I am an honest person who prides himself on the belief that as long as you are honest and respectful, good things will come your way.
