Ted has been around real estate most of his life. Born and raised in Palmer, Alaska just outside of Anchorage, Ted's parents opened Russert Realty in the late 1970's after several years of investing, building and working as REALTORS.
Ted is a graduate of the University of Pacific in Stockton, California and moved to Sacramento after graduating in 1992. Ted began his career in real estate in 1994 as an investor. By 1997, Ted was a licensed REALTOR. Today, Ted assists several dozen people each year with highly specialized professional service. From start to finish, whether buying or selling Ted is there to meet the real estate needs of each client.
Ted services the finer areas of Sacramento and the surrounding region. He has lived for several years in the Land Park area and now resides in Arden Hills by the American River. Ted is a life member of the Sacramento Masters Club and has been awarded the President's Circle designation while at Coldwell Banker.
Ted specializes in bank owned, equity, high end properties, investment, multiple unit, reo and short sale transactions.
