There is nothing more rewarding than serving new Clients, Past Clients and receiving New Referrals. My goal is to make every Real Estate transaction a positive and rewarding experience. This is achieved by my 40 years of experience assisting Families and Investors in their Real Estate Purchase. My Business is enhanced by my Local and State Involvement with the Real Estate Industry. I have served as the 2007 Fresno Association of REALTORS Board President and currently serve as a California Association of REALTORS Director as well as Vice-Chair of the Professional Development Forum. I am the past 2004 MLS Chairman and served as the Treasurer for 2 separate years. I currently assist my local Board as Co-Chairman of New Member Orientation. My experience also included co-owning a Real Estate Office and Franchise with Realty World of Northern California for 25 years. In 2011 I merged my company with Realty Concepts where I am a Broker Associate. I feel it is also important to give back to the Community that supports your efforts. I served on the Advisory Council at California State University Fresno, a past Community Adviser for The Fresno Junior League and volunteered weekly at The Nazareth House. I also hold the Professional Designations of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist and GRI, Graduate REALTOR Institute. I have been honored with being the 2004 REALTOR of the Year, 2002 Broker of the Year with Realty World of Northern California and The Presidential Award by The Fresno Association of REALTORS in 2001 and again in 2004. I was recently award the 2019 Five Star Real Estate Agent for the 12th year in a row. I am one of only 10 Realtors who has received this prestigious award since its inception. My moto is Experience, Patience and Proven Results...one House at a time!
