A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Julie was raised in West Sonoma County and specializes in residential real estate sales in Marin and Sonoma counties. Just out of high school, Julie attended the San Francisco Court Reporting College and was recruited to take a job in the investment banking business working for Hambrecht & Quist. Due to a downturn in the market, she chose to pursue her real estate license in 1988 and became a top-producing agent at Polley Polley & Madsen based in Sebastopol, CA. After several years as a Realtor, Julie took a position at Robertson Stephens as Director of the NASDAQ Agency Trading Desk. In 2002, Robertson Stephens permanently closed its operations, which allowed Julie to reflect on her role in the fast-paced Wall Street business. Remembering her passion for selling real estate, Julie decided to resume her career in residential real estate.
Julie is an artful negotiator, skilled multi-tasker and savvy professional who understands the many intricate elements that go into a successful transaction. A Novato resident, Julie is very involved in her community, She has volunteered with organizations such as, Novato Human Needs and was also a Board member for the North Bay Children's Center for 8 years. In her spare time, Julie enjoys creating fused glass, decorating, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
