After purchasing my own first property 18 years ago, I discovered I had caught the real estate 'bug'. As a busy public relations professional specializing in entertainment in Los Angeles, I didn't have much free time for myself. So, my friends and family found it odd that I spent that precious free time scouring real estate listings and visiting open houses - just for fun! A move back to my home town of San Diego in 2006 and four properties later, my passion for real estate only magnified, and a career change to professional REALTOR was inevitable.

And, rest assured, I won't let you purchase a home without first negotiating the best possible price.
My home base is Pacific Beach, but San Diego is my real estate playground! No area of the city is beyond my knowledge base or research capabilities. I'll communicate with you about the process as often or as seldom as you desire, using whichever method you choose.
