Terry has appeared in the HGTV Show House Hunters 2018 filming an Episode in El Dorado Hills with one of his Buyers in which the husband and wife had different opinions on the perfect home. Terry was able to navigate them through and with some final suggestions for renovations to make one of the homes work for both the husband and wife, and voila, a home was agreed upon after narrowing it down to 3. When Terry is not helping someone with buying or selling Real Estate you can find him spending time with his Wife, 2 Children, and 9 grandchildren. As well as Enjoying the Great Outdoors from high a top the Sierra Mountains hiking, mountain biking, or snow skiing, or in the vast waters of the Pacific Ocean fishing, snorkeling, boating, exploring history, and making memories.
