I'm an agent who loves the desert and is exited to be selling real estate in the Palm Springs area. With a business degree from TCU, movie production experience, training in negotiationmediation and a California real estate broker's license, I have the creativity, expertise and energy to help you buy or sell in any market! As a full time Palm Springs area resident since 2006 and selling golf course and resort homes since 2007, I've seen first hand the market shift and have adjusted my focus from simply selling homes to helping homeowners. I have experience with bank owned homes, short sale transactions and enjoy the challenges of today's market. While the economic climate has been tough, it has resulted in affordable housing and interest rates at unbelievably low levels. This has created a market here in our beautiful valley where homes can be purchased at discounted prices from our peak back in 2005. Now is a great time to buy or sell! As a long time animal advocate, I donate a portion of my income to various animal shelters a rescue organizations.
