Her career in sales immense in her early 20s, as an RV manufacturing and developed into a regional sales manager. Managed accounts across the United States were for the top 10 RV dealerships in the country. She is affiliated with Fleetwood enterprises and made the most of the generous opportunity! The knowledge and strength she gained in sales and negotiating, brought her to matriculate a passion for innovation, construction, design, and real estate.
In 2007 Cher's accomplishments in sales inspired her to become a full-time real estate consultant. In 2008 the market crashed. She was resilient and pivoted quickly to learned how to help people from foreclosure and how to master short sales. It was a tough time and her perseverance pushed through and help many people. That is when she fell in love with real estate. In 2020 Covid hits and pivoted quickly, now selling real estate with more creativity, skill, efficiency, quickly, and with extreme safety while getting sellers top dollar for their properties.
