David grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from North Central University in 2010 with a BS in Business Administration. Upon graduation he launched a leadership career with a large well-known retailer which ultimately led him to Target Corporation in Minneapolis. At Target he led extensive and complicated Company rollouts and was responsible for being an advocate for team members and negotiating on their behalf.

Having bought, flipped, and sold homes he instantly became interested in Real Estate. His exceptional people skills, strong ability to problem solve and advocate for people has made him successful in Real Estate. David is passionate about matching people with the home of their dreams and finds it extremely rewarding and a privilege to do so. His philosophy is simple: clients come first. David pledges to be in constant communication with you as a client, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. He believes that if you're not left with an amazing experience, he hasn't done his job. He doesn't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of his clients.

When not selling Real Estate, David enjoys all things cars, marathon running, and spending time with wife Gabrielle, three kids and his dog Runner.

David Calhoun specializes in listings, buyers, investment properties, relocation, off market opportunities, negotiation, luxury, coastal, first time home buyers, military and lot/land transactions.
