My Business Philosophy

My business philosophies have always been pretty simple: work hard and have passion for what you do. I've always been a hard worker and I've always had an entrepreneurial spiritfrom running my own restaurant to wedding planning. And I'm also lucky enough to know real estate as my greatest passion when it comes to hard work and dedication. Helping clients find not just a new house, but a real home, is the most rewarding part of what I do. Putting clients first is at the heart of what I do as a real estate agent. I make it my business not just to sell houses, but to help my clients understand the market, know what all their options are, and work side by side every step of the way so they can find their true home.

Personal Background

I grew up in Torrance, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. After graduating with an AA degree from El Camino College, I married and moved to Rosarito Beach, Mexico. For the next 14 years, I owned and operated our restaurant: Just for the Halibut Fish Tacos. Along the way, I became fluent in Spanish and embraced the Mexican culture while raising two children. Real Estate fell into my lap after my daughter went off to pre-school and I sold my restaurant. I found myself with extra time on my hands and was looking for a career change I could feel excited about. A local developer in Rosarito convinced me to try real estate. With my love of design and architecture and my passion for working with peopleit was a perfect match! I had finally found my true passion. I earned the Top Producer spot my first year out. After two years in the business, I became Head Sales Manager with the Rosarito Beach Hotel Condo Hotel Project. I was involved in every aspect of the Real Estate marketfrom architectural conception to completion of a 22 story luxury tower over a two year period. In 2009, after 20 years abroad, I made the decision to return to the U.S. I chose North County San Diego, where my kids and I settled into our new home in Shadowridge. I believe very strongly in giving back to the community and am currently in charge of fundraising and membership for the Vista High Noon Rotary Club. For relaxation, I recently purchased a stand up paddle board and enjoy exploring the local lagoons. My son is now grown and my daughter attends Rancho Buena Vista High. North County suits me and my family well, and I love working in this beautiful area we get to call our true home.
