Hi, I'm Jim Graydon, an East Bay Real Estate and Mortgage Broker owner of All Phase Brokers. What is most important to me is happy clients. I know as long as I do my best to exceed the expectations of others, we all ultimately benefit, its a win, win for everybody.
I have been in the industry for 25 years. As a top producer, I recruited, trained, and managed a total of 35 agents. It was a great experience and the benefit of learning and making mistakes along the way, was most importantly, learning what not to do!! Learning how to navigate through all the pit falls has made me a better broker, while I save my clients time and money by not repeating the same mistakes.
The last 15 years I have focused my attention and expertise to working with a few clients at a time where they get my full attention which is very different to working with other agents who are busy and quite often will pass you over to a team member that you will have to make an appointment with to have your questions or concerns addressed. Its been a pleasure to pivot from training agents and teams to educating my clients, offering them less headaches and peace of mind.

To me the most valuable things in life are things you cant buy with money. Faith, family, friends, and trust are everything. What I love most are the simple things, like taking a drive with my wife and wait in the drive through line at Dutch Bros to get my favorite drink, a Picture Perfect, taking a walk on a Friday night to the old downtown area of Brentwood with my wife and family to get an ice cream cone, or having a home cooked meal on a Sunday after church with my family is priceless. Anything that builds positive relationships, makes families stronger and keeps us together is good to me!
