I'm a broker/owner of Sterling Real Estate and a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in Economics, a California Real Estate Brokers license, and over 19 years of experience working in the real estate industry.

During the economic downturn of 2008, I was able to quickly recognize and adapt to the downturn of the financial crisis while other agents were sitting on the fence about foreclosed and distressed properties because those properties were simply too complex to deal with; I took the full charge to learn about foreclosed and distressed assets and became an expert on foreclosure and short-sales properties. Major banks such as Bank of America, Chase Bank, and OneWest Bank offered me their nonpaying assets to manage and dispose of for the highest amount of dollars. As a result, I was the top producing agent for the whole company for 4 years in a row.

I specialize in 1031 Exchange, Trust and Probate, REO, foreclosure, and Short sales including Single-Family Homes, Investment Properties, Land & Lots, TIC, and Condo in the Bay Area.
