My start in Real Estate grew out of my many years of experience as a rural property teacher and consultant with my company Green Acres 101.

Over the course of hundreds of consultations and dozens of classes taught, I firmly came to realize that so many people had come up short on their ultimate vision of their ideal property in the Sierra Foothills.

That is, the property they bought was incapable of achieving their goals no matter how much time and money they could invest into it. I wanted to help, but finding a way to make the biggest difference was my challenge.

In 2007, I concluded that I could be of ultimate service if I worked with my clients before they purchased their property. I would then be able to help advise and ensure that there was adequate water available, suitable soils for ponds, gardens or pasture, proper solar orientation, sufficient year round access, proximity to local amenities and more.

On top of identifying all of the key aspects and features of any given property, real estate transactions often prove themselves to be some of the most complicated, pressure-packed, and stressful experiences many people will have in their lives.

I am a firm believer that stress is indeed a silent destroyer and my goal is always to reduce my clients stress wherever and whenever possible.

I strive to reinforce my value and share my real estate expertise by offering objective information and informed opinions about local market conditions, being knowledgeable about the latest home trends and technologies, and understanding of our local rural community issues.

The buyers and sellers I work with expect honest and ethical treatment throughout the course of our business dealings together and I am honored to meet and exceed their expectations every opportunity I get.
