Jane is a second generation realtor and a third generation real estate investor. She and Dino, her husband, have been personal investors, landlords and property managers for 36 years. As a result, she has extensive experience in most areas of the real estate industry. She has handled everything from renovation to auctions. Since 1989, Jane has been helping her friends and clients achieve their real estate and lifestyle goals in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Mateo County and the northern Silicon Valley area. Last year, Jane and Dino opened Avia Properties, Inc., (DRE 01993653), a local property management company, as an additional service their clients needs.
The first priority is her clients needs always. Janes goal is to ensure each of her clients have a positive real estate transaction and experience a smooth and effortless transition. She is straightforward and transparent in all of her dealings. She will manage the transaction from start to finish, providing written timelines to keep everyone on target.

Other designations include Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI); Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Babson College Graduate with a BSBA in Business, Marketing and Management. She is continually expanding her knowledge base with both real estate and and investment courses and is coached by the nationss number one real estate coaching company.
