Sand to Sea Properties, Inc., is a Veteran Owned, full service Real Estate Brokerage located in Temecula, California. The Broker/Owner, Frank Delzompo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer. He served as both an Infantry Officer and a Judge Advocate, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service. He is a California-licensed attorney (inactive). Associate Broker Lisa Delzompo, also trained as an attorney, serves as in-house mortgage broker for the company. In 1991, Frank & Lisa purchased their first home, and in 1994 they converted it to a rental property. At that point they became hooked on real estate as the best way to build long-term wealth. When Frank retired from the Marine Corps in 2004, he and Lisa worked in a small, family-owned brokerage and learned the Real Estate business from the ground up. In 2006 they started Sand to Sea Properties, Inc. Over the years, they and their agents (The Delzompo Team) have helped thousands of clients buy, sell, and rent homes and investment properties in southern California -- literally from the "Sand to the Sea" -- from the desert communities in the Morongo Basin and Coachella Valley; throughout the Inland Empire; to the ocean communities in San Diego and Los Angeles counties.
The Delzompo Team employs ten sales agents and includes a full-service property management division. All the agents are homeowners and have either served in the military themselves or have family members who have served. Most of them own or have owned rental properties. The team has tremendous training and experience, and their network of contacts -- both military and civilian -- is second to none. They provide free access to the latest listings and information in the areas they serve, along with community information, school rankings and locators. They expand their knowledge base with training, classes, seminars and research, to achieve the best result for their clients through greater knowledge of nuance and detail.
The Delzompo Team proudly supports the Semper Fi & Americas Fund based out of Camp Pendleton, California. The Fund provides critical support and assistance to wounded Veterans and their families. At the close of each transaction, The Delzompo Team donates Five Hundred Dollars to the Semper Fi & Americas Fund in honor of our clients.
