My experience as a youth premier soccer coach has encompassed virtues like preparation, confidence, ability to listen, critical thinking, understanding people, competitiveness, and winning. The feeling of accomplishment after a game or season is parallel to that of a smooth real estate transaction. Anyone can sell a house, but I know it takes a certain kind of trust to successfully lead a Client through the many negotiations of a transaction and actually close that transaction with the Client completely satisfied. My passion for serving all of my Client's best interests is the foundation of my commitment to providing exceptional service.
I have been fortunate to call Idaho home for the last 25 years. I believe there is something extraordinary about the Treasure Valley and made the decision that raising my Children in Boise provides the absolute best for their future. 90% of my business comes from referrals and thats because my philosophy is simple: Clients come first.
