Short Sales - I have closed Short Sale Transactions both as a Listing Agent and as a Buyer's Agent. I am an experienced Short Sale Negotiator and handle all my own negotiations and in fact have been so successful in getting them closed in a timely fashion and the least amount of stress to the homeowner that other agents hire me for this service as well as for consultation. Bank Owned Purchases - Buyers must be well prepared for purchasing properties that have been foreclosed upon. REO's, Bank Owned, REPO's, Foreclosures - they all mean the same thing and it is a much different process than the typical purchase from an equity seller. I not only have closed many bank owned purchases for buyers but have represented banks on the listing side as well and can set the expectation so buyers can better understand the process involved in an REO purchase.
