Adding over 8 years of lending experience as a loan officer has added value to both my buyer and sellers. For my buyers, I am able to walk along side them with their loan officer and offer clarification on Specific Loan Products and benefits, Explination of mortgage loan terms, clarification on Mortgage Payments and suggestions on how to help structure individual loan processes. For my sellers, this experience comes in handy with the evaluation of offers received on their homes. Upon receipt of an offer, the buyer usually submits verification of their loan approval and credit scores. It is during this process that I am able to assist my clients with getting a deeper understanding of the buyers financial ability to purchase their home. This has saved my sellers with maximizing time and it has also assisted them with selecting the BEST buyer based on financial ability and credit worthiness.
