Brad is the founding partner of Seaman & Company Real Estate Services and has been working in the real estate industry since he was 16 years old. Between assisting to manage real estate offices and recruiting experienced and new agents for a large local real estate company, he has earned his experience in the business even before getting licensed to sell. Licensed in California as a Broker in 2007, Brad has survived and thrived through the down economy and really appreciates what it takes to be successful in this business. In 2009, Brad began assisting large scale investors to acquire homes to portfolio and resell as the real estate market turns. After extensive training of the entire foreclosure process, Brad realized a need to help the consumer through the very difficult decisions of foreclosure avoidance. Currently, Brad has identified the need to help homeowners make informed decisions about their financial future. As a Real Estate Advisor, Brad is invested in helping upside down homeowners from beginning to end and secure positive financial results for each of his clients.
