Peggy moved to North County San Diego in 1992 after selling a successful Denver based appraisal business she owned with her husband. It was her experience in appraisal in tandem with a genuine passion for the real estate market that led her to start Coast and Valley Real Estate Group.

Peggy currently lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Rick, an appraisal specialist and once fighter pilot in the Air Force. She has two grown daughters who live in the Bay Area with their families.
