As a licensed real estate agent since 1998 I have a vast knowledge and experience in lending and real estate in the Southern California marketplace. Specializing in working with Buyer's and Seller's, Bank Owned, Short Sale, and Corporate Owned 1-4 unit properties in South Orange County. In 2005 I received my broker's license and formed GreenTree Properties as a local Real Estate boutique in San Clemente.

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with my Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration, Emphasis in Finance, May 1997. As a licensed Broker since 2005, I am also a lifetime resident of Southern California and have been a resident of San Clemente since 2001.

We have grown our office by hand picking only the best agents and have seen our team grow from 2 agents to 9 to help service the South Orange County marketplace.Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.
