A law school graduate before entering the real estate business, Annette has extensive training in contracts, negotiations, and real estate law. Her savvy diplomacy, negotiating skills and cutting-edge marketing strategies join uncompromised integrity as hallmarks of Annettes service to her clients.

Known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to her clients, Annette's success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. Annette served as a member of the Education Committee and the Grievance Committee of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. She also founded a real estate agent pre-licensing satellite school and has provided supplemental instruction for the courses, teaching Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

After receiving a Juris Doctor in 1996, Annette returned to school in 2010 to complete a Master in Practical Theology. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Coach Annette specializes in divorce/court ordered sales, estate sales and residential sales transactions.
