Teresa Rollins Real Estate career started in the new home industry in 2012 working for builders in Solano County, Contra Costa, Alameda County, Sacramento County and Butte County as a Sales Manager where she won several awards every year for Top Sales Producer. In this capacity, Teresa mastered skills in problem solving, listening, negotiations, and helping seller's with staging their homes to sell for top dollar.
In 2016, Teresa decided to move into the resale market and realized this is where her true passion lies. Teresa cares deeply for her clients, she understands the importance of being available for her clients and is always accessible 7 days a week. Teresa is truly passionate at what she does and compassionate to her client's needs.
Teresa is part of a military family. Her husband is a former Marine and her stepson in the Army. She has helped several Veteran families own a home and understands the VA loan process and how to structure deals that can save her clients time, effort, and money.
In her free time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband Chris whether hanging out at home with their two dogs or taking a day trip on their motorcycle. Teresa enjoys being a stepmother to her three adult kids and also enjoys being a grandma (Granny T).
