Hi! I am Seth. I am a broker associate with Red Oak Realty working in the San Francisco East Bay. I primarily work in the Inner East Bay which would be Berkeley, Albany, Richmond, Kensington, and El Cerrito, though I also know my way around San Pablo, San Leandro, and into Castro Valley.
I specialize in single family sales and purchase, as well as 1-5 unit residential rentals. Of course, I am always up for a challenge and to help with something new!
As a person I am a giant nerd. I play Dungeons and Dragons (DMing since 2018), I know the deep lore of the Marvel universe, know my Star Wars #Hanshotfirst, have been on the set of Star Trek Deep Space Nine, and once turned an entire room of 3,000+ nerds against Morena Baccarin.
That said, I am also very, very good at my job in the real world. I have excellent relationships with the agent community, contacts for a wide variety of services from house cleaners to foundation repair, my paperwork is on point, and I know what makes a sale work. I have significant experience with East Bay rent control and am glad to give advice to renters as well as owners.
