Nancy has been in real estate since she and her husband and business partner, Tony Santos, first got married in 1978. This is when they first realized their passion for real estate and started investing. Their aggressive real estate investing paved the way to gaining first-hand thorough knowledge of the market throughout San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Arizona. Their business grew and in 2009, Nancy established NA Capital Inc, and started to run their own property management company in the City of Coronado. By 2016, it was apparent that the need to handle their own listing and purchasing within their growing portfolio was inevitable. Nancy took the company to the next and highest level and obtained her broker real estate license. Since then, she has been in full speed helping clients achieve their dreams. Whether it be a first-time homeowner or a multi-unit investor to commercial real estate deals, Nancy will be able to help with you reach your own goals and dreams, too.
