Jim Westerfield was born and raised in the Midwest and learned the Midwest work ethic. He worked for a major computer company, worked his way up to VP of Sales in another company and then started his own company at the age of 27. Through the 18 years of building that company, Jim was a consummate advocate of learning marketing and sales. He successfully negotiated a large number of high value computer business systems with their clients. It is with that kind of background that Jim came into the real estate business in 2002 in SW Florida. He found that his sales and marketing expertise helped to posture homes in their most influential light to entice buyers to buy. He found that his negotiation skills were near the top in the industry and has successfully negotiated for his buyers and his sellers the best deals possible and soon became a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).
