Hello! My name is Mandi, and I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008, and have been with Davenport Properties since 2013, when my family and I moved to Amador County from Sacramento County. I am experienced in helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate needs whether it is a home, ranch or vacant land. I have successfully closed foreclosures and short sales and I am not afraid of a challenging transaction! I love to work in Amador, El Dorado, Sacramento and Calaveras counties. I have had transactions in Placer, Tuolumne and even as far as Plumas county!
When I am not doing real estate, I am a professional horsewoman and small business owner. With my husband and two kids, we own Forest Home Ranch, a horse boarding and horseback riding facility. My clients and I show horses locally and I judge horse shows all over the western states.
