Marie started at the peak of the market and shortly after saw the market downturn. The foreclosure years and market crash helped her gain extensive knowledge throughout our Valley, down to individual communities, home builders and quality of build. Marie sharpened her skills by venturing into all areas of our Valley from Fresno, Kings and Tulare County and all price ranges. Her wide-range of experience was quickly recognized and Marie began valuing bank owned property and providing value estimates of homes in their current condition as well as anticipated values after any work or improvements were made to the home. The banks took this value and data and established list prices for their foreclosed home inventory that would be listed with real estate offices and sold on the open market. In 2011 Marie joined Osborne Homes as a sales agent and also valuing acquisitions which her company bought
from foreclosure auction. The properties were rehabbed and resold in their respective markets. She spent seven years with the company and sold over 100 homes per year. As Osborne Homes began to branch out throughout California Maries Team organically started to form and develop. Marie felt it was best to move to Keller Williams Realty of Fresno. Keller Williams offers a great environment for real estate teams. It would prove to be a smart alternative to establishing an independent brokerage.
