Tom Todak has been representing home buyers and sellers in Orange County for over 30 years, helping hundreds of families realize their dreams of home ownership. After graduating from Canyon High School in 1977, Tom became a highly skilled machinist for the aviation and oil drilling industries. When the companies he worked for relocated to other states, Tom decided to change careers and by mastering the intricacies of the real estate business in Southern California. Toms strong work ethic and his open, straightforward approach to working with clients quickly propelled him to the ranks of the Top 7% of REALTORS nationwide. During the height of the financial crisis, from 2007 to 2012, Bank of America and OneWest Bank relied on Tom to provide Broker Price Opinions on the values of more than 330 foreclosures. He also represented the banks in selling many of these properties. Tom has been a resident of the city of Orange for over 35 years. He and his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters live in a mid-century classic home east of Old Towne. An avid fan of cars and auto racing, Tom has been an active member of the Pantera Owners Club of America (POCA) and Team Pantera Orange County (TPOC) since 1992. He enjoys fabricating parts for his Toyota World Sports Racer, which he occasionally races at Willow Springs and Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.
