David was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. He completed all of his academic studies there and attended Inacap University of Santiago, with a major in International Business Engineering. While in school, David dedicated all of his free time helping his uncle who was a broker, and learned much about Real Estate; a profession he became to love. In 1999, David traveled to the United States for vacation, once here; he realized this was a country with great opportunities, and decided to pursue his dreams. At the time, there was a language barrier that did not allow him to follow his dreams as a Realtor, instead he took a quick course and received a certificate as a Certified Nurse Assistant. While working as a CNA, David attended Foothill College during night to learn English, as this would be the biggest step to becoming successful in the U.S. Finally in 2006, David had the opportunity to work as Real Estate agent, and so he set his mind and heart to do everything possible to take advantage of this opportunity. He obtained his Real Estate license within months, and took many online courses that would guarantee his success. David takes every opportunity and finds resources to keep learning- he constantly takes seminars and webinars to keep up with the most recent updates. He also completed the Real Estate Appraisal course, and took several loan officer and loan processor courses to sharpen his skills.
Today, David is a successful Real Estate agent in San Jose. He has taken the time to become very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods in San Jose and surrounding areas; which has allowed him to help many people find their dream homes. David is able to work with clients in a professional, yet friendly manner. He understands that buying a home is a big step in someone™s life, and will do everything in his power to help his clients achieve this process conveniently and can guarantee a smooth transaction. Though helping someone purchase a home is important to him; selling and refinancing is also a big part of David™s work, in which he takes much pride in. Real Estate is not just a job for David- it is a way to help people follow their dreams just like he did. He is very passionate about his work, and helping his clients find what they are looking for is his main priority.
