David Magid was born and raised in Santa Barbara as a first generation Lithuanian-American and second generation Realtor. He received his BA in Communication from UCSB and went on to earn his MBA from St. Marys College of California in 2013. Shortly after, he moved back to Santa Barbara and began his career in Real Estate, partnering with his mother, Regina Magid, a local Realtor for 30 years.
David has always been passionate about helping others and is grateful to assist the community while also working alongside his family. He is committed to going the extra mile for his clients during the biggest transaction of their lives and values honesty and integrity in all of his interactions.
Other than Real Estate, David loves to travel, cook, play basketball, and spend time with his family and his puggle, Beaux.
