Originally from the East Coast, Janet moved to the West Coast and has not looked back since. Education is most important to Janet; she has taken extensive classes in commercial investment and marketing and has achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and as well the Certified Distressed Properties Expert designations (CDPE). The CDPE designation allows her to work expertly with local homeowners who in this marketplace find themselves in need of help sorting out their options for either loan modification or choose to short sale their property instead of foreclosure.
