As a long time Santa Cruzian, I know the fine details of each and every area. My local neighbourhood knowledge from Aptos to Scotts Valley is a must for every buyer because every neighbourhood has its own feel and style. My job is to get you in the right neighbourhood or area for the best possible price.
When it comes to negotiating, I pride myself on getting the job done. I put in the time and work hard to provide my clients with the edge when negotiating the deal. As my slogan says "More Than A Realtor", I do much more than just help people buy and sell a property. I have a great team of contractors, clean-up and hauling people too....and yes, I actually get in there and get my hands dirty too and have made many dump runs and trips to goodwill to help my clients in their time of need.
As for me, I have two great teenage boys with my wife Barbara and I really enjoy spending time with family and being a dad. I spent many years in the fire service helping others in their time of need. I brought that caring work ethic to my real estate business many years ago and it has proved time and time again to work. I know...it's not rocket science...take care of your clients and put their priorities first and the rest will fall into place.
