After completing a 4 year degree at UCSB, Alyson transitioned into commercial real estate and then found her true calling marketing and selling residential properties. Alyson is a past president of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, and has received many awards for outstanding service including Realtor of the Year. Alyson prides herself on being a good listener and an excellent negotiator. She is delighted to have a family of 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren and is blessed to have her husband of 37 years, Rick, at her side.
