In the year 2021: Converted the garage into a man-cave or entertainment area and installed laminate flooring, TV video and audio components, added drywall and closet space with doors. In August professionally installed an AC wall-unit in the garage man-cave to keep the entertainment cool. In the year 2020: In July installed new copper main-supply-water pipes inside the walls disconnecting the previous galvanized plumbing. Also in July, removed the old backyard concrete, ran new electrical lines for exterior lighting and ran new natural gas lines, one for the pool heater, one for the BBQ grill, one for the fire-pit and then installed new pavers and the white vinyl fence. Also installed was a newer water return system for the swimming pool. No carpet throughout the house!
