As a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986, my experience has helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and exchange property successfully here in the Greater Bay Area. With my office in Santa Clara, I am centrally located to help all of my clients regardless of where their needs are. In addition, I am uniquely qualified to help my clients with Trust and Probate sales, distressed property, and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Also, I can handle all of their Property Management needs through RCS Property Management, my property management company.

Being involved in organized Real Estate on the Local and State level gives my clients additional expertise and access to information that other licensed agents may not have available to them. Sitting on the Board of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and being a Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) has added considerably to my knowledge, which helps me serve my clients. In my role as an Ombudsman for CAR, I have negotiated dozens of cases that improve my ability to help all of my clients. Sitting on the local and State Professional Standards Committee has strengthened my commitment to help improving the professionalism of Realtors and their adherence to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Specialties: Working with local attorneys, I have helped an large number of families dealing with properties in Trust and Probate. Being a Certified Probate Professional has allowed me to be there for many families with the expertise they must have when they need it most. As a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker, working with investors and investment property is especially enjoyable. I enjoy the rewards, both professionally and financially, when I help a client complete a complicated investment transaction.

Rick is Past President (2017) of the Santa Clara County Associatin of Realtors (SCCAOR). He has served on the Board of Directors since 2010. Rick is also certified in "Mediating the Litigated Case" through Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Rick has been managing property for as long as he has been a Real Estate Broker. A professionally managed property typically offers the owner more net income, none of the headaches and far less work. Virtually all of the Property Management tasks including collecting rent, Tenant Applications and even the owners statements and history can be accessed on line.

Rick specializes in real estate broker, tax deferred exchanges, trust & probate sales, first time buyers, short sales and sellers transactions.
