Michelle moved to Shingle Springs in 2012 with her husband Derik to raise their two daughters and enjoy the fresh air and friendly pace of the foothills. On the weekends, Michelle can be found riding ATVs, UTVs or off-roading in her Jeep. Being quite the homesteader, she helps to raise beef cattle and chickens, tends to an extensive vegetable garden and preserves the vegetable harvest by canning, and is also a self-taught sewer.
After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Insurance/Risk Management and Finance from CSU, Sacramento, Michelle became an insurance professional and worked in several different capacities in that industry. Michelle and her husband began investing in real estate in 2008 with an interest in rehabilitating distressed properties. This sparked her passion for the real estate industry.
There is something very satisfying about knowing that you helped someone to accomplish their life goals. I aim to facilitate the sometimes-daunting process of buying and selling my clients homes in order realize their own version of the American Dream.
