Through his years of experience, first as the young rising star at a local firm over 30 years ago, to the seasoned owner of local firm Marvin Gardens which was recently acquired by Red Oak Realty, Todd built his practice by focusing on the needs and best interests of his clients. Todd now is a sales manager with Red Oak in addition to working with his buying and selling clients.
His real estate experience spans the East Bay, and he has helped buyers and sellers with every type of property, and in every price range. He specializes in seeing the potential in a home, and knowing what changes can be made to increase salability or livability. He has extensive experience in working with contractors, architects, stagers, and every manner of trades-person, and is excited by a new challenge and the possibilities to transform a home or building for the benefit of his clients.

Todds experience includes years of participation in the Berkeley Association of Realtors, now the Oakland-Berkeley Association. He was voted Realtor of the Year in 2003, and was President of the Association in 2004. In 2016, he received the OBAR Cares Award for his community involvement and fundraising for a local youth group. His connection and networking with other prominent local agents is an invaluable asset to his clients.
